Creative storytelling photography can be expressed in unlimited ways. Here are a few examples of creative scanography and a story telling montage…
Scanography is photography by a scanner. It is one of the many ways you can make creatice storytelling photography. You can create surprisingly beautiful and cool images from placing objects on a scanner. I placed this book and flowers on the scanner and scanned it to the computer. The quality on most scanners may not be the best for typography, but editing it to look more vintage to fit the vibe is always an option.
A story telling montage photograph tells a highly compressed story. Creating a photo composite is great way to show of several pictures all in one. In the example below, I have combined these three images to create the final composite image.
This is a super cool scan art scanography photo, you did great with placing the flowers under the book on the scanner glass to look like this. Another thing you could do is cover it with a black cloth or blanket, or just a black sweater. You can check out the scan art I did at https://nicholasledbetter.com/scanography-and-composition/.
